On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with Candidate Gateway

Applicant is getting "An error has occurred" error message when clicking 'Apply for Job' button

"An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Careers site
2. Search for and select a Job Opening
3. Click Apply for Job and get the error message.
