Symptoms

Accounting Date (ACCOUNTING_DT) on Requisition is getting removed by the Close Requisition (PO_REQRCON) process causing Budget Exception :  No Fiscal Year Calendar Found When Budget checking.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a requisition and budget check.
2. Copy the requisition to Purchase Order (PO).
3. Budget check the PO.
4. Close the PO.
5. Close the Req with the accounting date as blank.

 
Error:

No fiscal year calendar found
