Symptoms
When trying to start and boot up the Application Server domain and/or Process Scheduler domain after upgrading the PeopleTools patch level in the same version or upgrading PeopleTools from one version to another, the following error is written to the APPSRV_<mmdd>.LOG for the Application Server domain and/or to the SCHDLR_<mmyy>.LOG for the Process Scheduler domain:
