Language Translation related issue on Manage Job Opening - Screening Questions
Using the system signed as a French user when clicking on the answers for the questions included in a particular Job Opening user receives the possible answers in English (base language) instead of French.
This is shown on the page HRS_JO_ANSWER_SEC, component HRS_JOB_OPENING.
Customer has created Job Opening with Pre-screening questions in a Multiple Language Environment, and is reporting that the Answers to the questions are not being translated. When an applicant Applies for a Job Opening, and then answers the Pre-screening questions, the answers are displayed in English and not in the Language of the user who is signed in.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In a Multiple Language Environment Create a Resume Template that has pre-screening questions, Navigation Setup HCM > Products Related > Recruiting > Update or Add a Resume Template that has Pre-Screening questions and answers
2. Add Questions and Answers, save and then Associate the Resume Template to the Recruiting Template to be used when creating a Job Opening
3. Navigate to Recruiting > Create Job Opening using the Job Opening Template that contains the Resume Template with Pre-screen questions. After the Job Opening is created, verify that on the Job Opening Screening Page that the Pre-Screening questions are required, complete all the information and then Post the new Job Opening to the Internet
4. As an External Applicant Apply for the Job Opening, click Checkbox to show agreement with the information; click on Next the Pre-Qualification questions are shown, note the responses are in English and not in the Non Base Language the user is signed in with.
