On the eRecruit landing page (HRS_APP_SCHJOB) the Filter by is pulling back 'No Value' for the Job

On the eRecruit landing page (HRS_APP_SCHJOB) the Filter by is pulling back 'No Value' for the Job Family filter. (See attachment for screen shot). We upgraded to PUM 25 and replaced SES with Elastic search a couple of weeks ago. This issue did not happen before that. We checked the search definition HC_HRS_JOB_OPENING and the HRS_JOB_FAMILY_H field is faceted. (See attachment for screen shot). We checked the Security tab and it is marked No Security. (See attachment for screen shot). We rebuilt the Indexes and made sure they were properly deployed but we still get the same results. Please let us know what you think or how you may be able to assist us in fixing the problem.

Customer expects to see the Job Family filter to be populated with actual values, instead of "No Value"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.The only step needed for us to see the issue is to log into the eRecruit landing page. No other steps are needed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see all of the JOs by Job Family
