In the case of workers with a part-time contract, when calculating the maximum base to apply, PS makes the following calculation: Maximum daily basis * scheduled work days (since it is a part-time contract). That is, if the worker has work scheduled for 15 days, and had a quotable accrual of 2500 euros, only quoted by 1901.85, which is the maximum base.
126.79 x 15 = 1901.85 = maximum basis to be applied in the computation
Even though some labor inspectors have admitted the explanation, there is another that says that this is not the case. He says that if a worker with a part-time contract, a full month, worked a single day, the maximum base would be 3803.70 euros.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Put a part-time employee.
2.- Assign a one-day schedule.
3.- Put compensation on that day that exceeds the maximum daily basis
4.- Execute the Spanish payroll
5.- Review the calculation of the contribution base
