Getting Error at Step PO_CMCNTRCT.CV2100.Step02 When Creating New Version Of Contract (Doc ID 2533334.1)

Symptoms

Getting a FATAL SQL error when creating new version of contract.When clicking 'New Version' button in existing contract, we are getting below error message:

Errors:
Process 0 ABENDED at Step PO_CMCNTRCT.CV2100.Step02 (SQL) -- RC = 8602 (108,524)

Followed by below error:

CallAppEngine: Application PO_CNTVRSN: AppEngine error. (2,653)
CNTRCT_WRK1.CREATE_VERSION.SavePostChange PCPC:839 Statement:16

During a CallAppEngine builtin function call, the Application Engine detected
an error. The Application Engine log may provide more information.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open existing contract(added comments)
2) Click 'New Version' button
