AR_PAYLOAD.PRCS_DTL.UPD_CUST ABENDED with error. This happens when the cust_id provided in the lockbox file is different than the cust_id associated to the item in the PS_ITEM table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive lockbox file
2. Run AR Payload
