EGL 9.2: Business Request Template Deletes Existing Account Attributes When Adding a New Attribute

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When customer uses Business Request Template to add new additional attributes to an account, the existing attributes get deleted.
1) Change CF_ATTRIB_PB Display to optional on Setup Financials/Supply Chain -> Business Request Configuration -> Business Request Template
2) Go to Chartfield Account and add a Chartfield Attribute so that there is an already existing one when you do the next step.
3) Now go to Business Request Template and add a new attribute to the account you just updated. Make sure to change the date to today's date.
4) Submit for approval
6) Go to Chartfield Account and note that NONE of the Attributes exist.
