EEX9.2 : Project Field Disappears From Accounting Defaults When PC Is Disabled (Doc ID 2534500.1)

Symptoms

Project field disappears from Accounting Defaults when PC is disabled

Configuration:
1. Installation Option – Project Costing is not checked
2. On Employee Privilege Template PC Chartfields are not visible

Steps
1. Log into the FSCM Online Application as User ID VP1
2. Create Expense Report page – use Default Accounting For Report Option
Select Project and Click on Add ChartField Line – Project Field Dissapears

Actual Results
Project Field Disappears form Accounting Defaults when PC is disabled

Expected Results
If Project was visible when first accessing Default Accounting for Expense Report, Project filed should remain visible
