E-PORTAL: Images in a Rich Text Editor are Not Displaying in a Load Balanced Environment (Doc ID 2534687.1)

Symptoms

Images in a Rich Text Editor are not displayed when using a Load Balanced (Multi Server) environment.


There are many places where Rich Text Editor is used. This is one example of replication steps:
1. As Administrator on web server A, Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Compensation > Total Rewards > Define Template
2. On ‘Employee Communication’ section, insert image
3. As Employee on web server B, Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage, Total Rewards tile
4. Note image is not displayed on corresponding section
