E-PG: Pivot Grid Limits the Number of Filters Allowed to Ten Which Creates Random Order After Saving (Doc ID 2535046.1)

When attempting to run a Pivot Grid with more than 10 filters and a personalization is applied by dragging a filter across, after saving the order of the filters is totally random.
The same issue does not occur for Pivot Grids with less than 10 filters (e.g. 7 filters). These retain the order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. Go to Homepage
3. Open a Pivot Grids with 12 Filters
4. Drag a filter across, e.g DC commented
5. DC Commented goes to the top
6. Save the filters
7. Go back to homepage, then back into the report.
8. The filters are now in a random order.
