Symptoms
When attempting to select Approve Reported Time from the Team Summary, the following error occurs

An Invalid date has been encountered in the PeopleSoft Program
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Manager Self-Service Home Page.
2. Select Team Time Tile.
3. Select Time Summary and then select Get Employees.
4. Select any Employee from the list to pull up detail.
5. Click the drop-down arrow next to Employee’s name and select Approve Reported time to get an error.
