EBILL9.2: Account Summary Recent Invoices Filter Does Not Work

eBill - Account Summary - Recent Invoices does not show invoices in Dispute
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Click on Account Summary Tile
Click on Recent Invoices / More link
Click on the filter. Make sure In Dispute is set to Yes & Click Done. Even though the below Invoices are not in dispute, it still shows up.
Go back to the filter & change the In Dispute value from Yes to No. It supposed to display all the invoices but no invoices showed up in the recent invoices page.
