Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Running the delivered Online Confirmation Statements (BAS_CONFSTMT) process is leaving behind XML files with PHI (Protected health Information) data. This is in a Directory where we may want to share access so Admin/Developer/Analysts can view log files.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
XML files with PHI (Protected health Information) data should be deleted

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Benefits>Manage Automated Enrollment>Participant Enrollment>Online Confirmation Statements
2. Enter a Run Control ID
3. Enter Schedule ID = OE19
4. Statement Selection = Online and Print
5. Click the Run button, then the OK button to kick off the new app engine BAS_CONFSTMT.
6. Once the job runs to success, go to Environment variable PS_SERVDIR file path and view the XML file.
