CRM - Formatting In Sub Template Didn't Apply In The Main Template (Doc ID 2535779.1)

ISSUE 
---------------
Formatting in Sub Template does not apply in the main template

With template that have terms and sub templates, in the sub template even through there is content with line break, but while merging with the main template, sub template formatting is going away, result in spacing issues.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a template package having one cover letter (has one sub template) and one template 

2.  From the Case component, click Correspondence

3. Select the print channel and the newly created template package

The text in the sub template shows no space/line break in the pdf file.
