While Creating A New Disposition, Following Error Occurs On Group Action - "You are not able to perform this action on any of the selected rows ( 18177,2919 )" (Doc ID 2535815.1)

Group Actions not allowing recruiters to group review or reject applicants on a newly created disposition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create new disposition
Main Menu -> Set Up HCM-> Product Related -> Recruiting-> Statuses and Reasons Recruitment area = 3-Recruitment Summary
Click the addition symbol and add a new status : 150 Completed Application

2) Confirm the Status Area includes the new status
Main Menu -> Set Up HCM -> Product Related -> Recruiting/Status Area

Change the successors of 010 Applied so that recruiters are only able to move them to 130 Withdrawn Application. Also add 150 Completed Application here so that it is available as a predecessor in the Flexible Process.
Change the successors of 150 Completed Application so that recruiters are able to move applicants to other statuses.

3) Make adjustments to the current Flexible Process
Set Up HCM/Product Related/Recruiting/Flexible Processes/Recruiting Process
Add a new disposition for 150 Completed Application
Modify Transitions for both Applied and Completed Application to match the Available Transitions below

4) Log in as a Recruiter and try to move applicants that are in the Applied and Completed Application statuses. When accessing via Other
Actions/Recruiting Actions/Edit Disposition, the available dispositions are correct.

When trying to use Group Actions to either Mark Reviewed or Reject the applicants in the Completed Application disposition get the error message.
