Symptoms

On : 08 version, Lift Utility

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An application lift is done and it says it was successful - but it is missing in the cloud manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The lifted DPK file should be available in Lift & Shift page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the lift process.
