ECM Account Prompt On Accounting Entries Is Incorrect And Doesn't Enforce CF Security (Doc ID 2535885.1)

On : 9.2 version, Bank Statements


When updating an accounting entry generated from an accounting template, where the account is derived from the Bank Account, the Account Lookup is being CHANGED from the Correct SETID, to an Incorrect SETID

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an account with two accounting entries
2. Update or make a correction on one of the accounting entries generated from an accounting template
3. Click the lookup icon under Dept column
  - The Setid shows a different Setid unlike before the update
