E-FLUID: The JPEG Images Getting Uploaded Are Getting Converted To PNG Images (Doc ID 2535888.1)

When a user attempts to upload .JPG image, Image converted as .PNG and stored in database.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Campus Community > Personal Information > Identification > Photo
2. Search ID & Click on + Button to Upload Photo
3. Select .JPG image and Save
4. Press F12 to enable Developer console.
5. Verify the Image Extension
