Symptoms

When pressing on the requisition tile on the Employee self services page, system is taking too much time to open it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Upgrade from PUM 30 to PUM 31
2) Login to PeopleSoft
3) Choose Employee Self Service home page
4) Click on Create requisition Tile
