EAM: Fluid MSS/TL - Cancel Absences Does Not Load "Select Employee" Page (Doc ID 2536642.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Manager Self Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a manager navigates to the "Cancel Absences" page using either Team Time tile or NavBar navigation on the Manager Self Service home page, the page does not load "Select Employee" page.

Instead, it loads the manager's absences.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
You should see direct reports.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login -> Team Tile -> Cancel Absence

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel absences from MSS.
