Micro Focus Visual Cobol DevHub installation fails with error :

./setup_visualcobol_devhub_4.0_patchupdate04_196243_redhat_x86_64

ERROR - Execution of PaX extract command failed.

This can be due to PaX not being installed or working.

Extraction can also fail due to lack of space in the

current directory.
