EAP: Not Able To Setup 'Pay Cycle Security By Permission List' For Manual Positive Payment Pay Cycle (Doc ID 2537232.1)

Goal

Not able to setup 'Pay Cycle Security By Permission List' For Paycycle Generating Positive Pay Files

Setup:
1. Setup Security Options - Permission List Level Security for Pay Cycle
      Navigation : Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Security Options
2. Add a Pay Cycle to Paycycle by Permission list security page, for the permission list user have access
      Navigation : Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Pay Cycle by Permission List
3. Run apply security setup process
4. Enable postitive payment for Payment method System check
      Navigation : Banking > Bank Accounts > External Accounts - Payment Methods (tab)

Steps:
1. Create a regular voucher and save, for the same back and payment method
2  Processe voucher using the paycycle for which user have permission
3. Print check, Format positive Payment And Produce Positive payment file. Completes the Paycycle
4.  Open the Manual Positive Payment  page and provide the  Bank and Step group and click on Process
      -- System redirects it to Paycycle manager page Paycycle name as POSPY1
5. Click on Seach

Actual Result1:
System throws error : Either the pay cycle doesn't exist OR  you are not authorized to use it. (7015,186)

6. Add POSPY1to to permission list security and run apply security setup process.
7. Now go back again to Manual positive payment and try to process now
      -- System redirects it to Paycycle manager page Paycycle name as POSPY2
8. Click on Seach

Actual Result2:
System throws error : Either the pay cycle doesn't exist OR  you are not authorized to use it. (7015,186)

Expected Result:
When user adds XPC (express paycycle) to permission list security all the Express Pay cycles are available to access on Paycycle Manager , similar should be the case for POSPY (postive payment paycycle)
