When attempting to build a search index
the following error occurs.

[2019-04-16T09:31:04,064][DEBUG][o.e.a.a.i.m.p.TransportPutMappingAction] [CSx4O-k] failed to put mappings on indices [[[orcl_es_defaultindex_fsdev/3dWQaPTGTj-NIs6HE6nyBg]]], type [ptportalregistry_fsdev]
org.elasticsearch.index.mapper.MapperParsingException: No handler for type [string] declared on field [ORCL_ES_ENG_all]
at org.elasticsearch.index.mapper.ObjectMapper$TypeParser.parseProperties( ~[elasticsearch-6.1.2.jar:6.1.2]
at org.elasticsearch.index.mapper.ObjectMapper$TypeParser.parseObjectOrDocumentTypeProperties( ~[elasticsearch-6.1.2.jar:6.1.2]

The AE_PTSF_GENFEED process shows that the search index contains return results:
 - Total documents processed is 1568159 and Total rows processed 60073164 (262,3097)
However, since errors were encountered during the search index build process, the overall process ended with a status of "No Success", and the AE_PTSF_GENFEED_{pid}.std file contained the following errors:
 - (0,0) PTSF_GENFEED.ES_STAT.GBL.default.1900-01-01.Step01.OnExecute PCPC:3448 Statement:30
 - Process 612369 ABENDED at Step PTSF_GENFEED.ES_STAT.Step01 (PeopleCode) -- RC = 24 (108,524)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run PTSF_GEENFEED process to do a full build of a search index that has return results that contain password protected and/or encrypted attachments

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the affected search index does not contain all of the expected results
