EGM: Incorrect Information or Blank Feilds on Grants PHS2590 Form (Doc ID 2537378.1)

On : 9.2 version, Functionality

Grants PHS2590 form pulling fields from online pages incorrectly or not at all

 Multiple fields do not correctly populate, or populate at all, when trying to print proposal with form: PHS2590.
 Fields with errors:
 2a: Mailing Address- nowhere to update in FIN
 2d: Major Subdivision- does not populate
 3b: Telephone and DUNS do not populate
 4: Entity Identification Number- Pulls in DHHS Entity ID, instead of Federal EIN
 5: Administrative Official- address does not populate
 10: Project Performance Site DUNS and address does not populate
 Page 2: Equipment- does not populate, based on detailed budget (therefore, subtotal and total direct costs are summed incorrectly, also incorrectly sums field 8a, 8b on first page)
 Page 6: Does not check HHS Agreement checkbox and does not populate Negotiation Date; Modified total direct cost base checkbox not checked; Amount of base does not populate; Rate applied does not populate; F&A costs does not populate

The details on the PHS2590 should be accurate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Demo, navigate to Grants > Proposals > Print Proposal
2. Enter the proposal - CON000000000024 and print using form 2590
2. Review the generated .xfdf form

Please notice the above mentioned discrepancies.
