On : 9.2 PUM 23 + some individual fixes, Billing Finalization/Proforma
When attempting to BIXPRNT00 app engine program is abending and it seems to be caused by these two records (BI_EXT_BILL_TO and BI_EXT_EXSGST) - they do not exist in system.

Invalid parameter 1 for function createrecord (2,116) SCM_BI_XMLP.BI_EXTRACE On Execute.
