Symptoms
Journal template crashes when adding header information in Windows 10
Associates using Windows 10 are unable to upload their journal templates in Excel, it crashes upon attempting to enter the journal header information. However users with Windows 7 operating systems do not have this issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open JRNL1_WS
2. Click New Sheet
3. Add header
After hitting that header button Excel crashes
