E:COMP - While Applying PUM Updates Compare Report is Showing *Changed On Object That Where Not Modifed (Doc ID 2537510.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

while in the process of updating HR9.2 Image 25 to HR 9.2 PUM29 when CT ran the compare report with "Keep Customization" and using "Default Filter" In the report options we are seeing object that are not being modified. The owner is 'PPLSOFT". and see many object displaying *Changed in target when CT has not made any changes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The compare report should not display any untouched objects as *Changed
