Symptoms

On : NA version, Peoplesoft Managed Cloud Service

When attempting to click on the search result of Main Menu → FieldService → Search Workpacks ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Open of file /u01/oracle/pt/ps_cust_home/files/EOCF_zdegenco failed no such file or directoty (2.633)
EPCF_CLF_DE Runtime Loggers LogToFile OnExecute Name:LogToFile PCPC:623 statement: 10


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu → FieldService → Search Workpacks
2. Entered Project ID → Search
3. Click on the search result and got the error, then entered the project number again and tried to open the work pack
