No Option to Enroll in Fluid When Student has Multiple Enrollment Appointments for the Term/Session and One Starts on a Future Date (Doc ID 2537827.1)

On : 9.2 version, Fluid Student Records Enrollment

The Enroll button is missing from the fluid enrollment activity guide, preventing students from enrolling even though they have valid appointments and the enrollment and shopping cart start date is in the past.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to self service as a student.
2. Click on Manage Classes tile, then select Class Search and Enroll.
3. Select a class from the search results then proceed through the activity guide. No option to enroll is given and the class is added directly to the Shopping Cart.
4. Click on Shopping Cart and no option to enro
