CRM Employee Self Service The 8 Digit Case Id Is Showing Only 7 Digit Value (Doc ID 2537944.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE: 8th digit on a Case ID does not display on a Fluid case page.

REPRO STEPS (in DEMO):
Update the last number for case ID to 8 digits and save (Setup CRM > Comon Defn > Codes and Auto Numbering > Last Numbers > Case ID).
Login with JMENENDEZ...create a new case from Employee S/S > HR Helpdesk > Create a case
