Symptoms

Using PT 8.56 version, Security - One User is unable To Login 
 

ERROR

Username "is an Invalid User ID, or you typed the wrong password.  User ID and Password are required and case-sensitive.  Make sure you're typing in the correct upper and lower case."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt login
2. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, a User is unable to login to and use the Environment, thus preventing the User from performing daily work functions
