AMALLOC Process running Long after upgrade to ORACLE 12c
Problem Description
-----------------------
The AMALLOC with 52012 lines ran for 28 mins after the Oracle database upgrade to 12c.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The AMALLOC (that typically takes ~5 mins) ran for 28 mins in Prod after the Oracle database upgrade to 12c.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Allocate Depreciation Expense > Process Allocation
