Symptoms
Users are encountering the following SQL and PeopleCode errors when trying to submit an FMLA intermittent leave:
A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
Caught exception: GP_ABS_SS_DAT is not a valid header record name; expected a record of name GP_ABS_EA_AWE. (18081,1018) EOAW_CORE.ApprovalManager.OnExecute Name:ApprovalManager PCPC:1188 Statement:17

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time > Absence Request
2. Select employee, enter Intermittent FMLA absence and submit request as "Employee"
3. Click Yes to Confirm submission, and note the above errors are returned as you click OK through the pop up messages
