We are creating a customize process that will automatically calculate the vacation earnings for time entered in through time and labor and uploaded timesheets. It is a simple process, there is a custom table that links the earning code to the vacation code and the percentage that should be calculated. We then enter a row in pay_oth_earns to go along with the earnings parent record. This seems to work fine for all staff getting a single paycheck. For staff that are getting more than one paycheck it is not working as expected. We are merging that multiple paychecks into one paycheck. So these records in pay_earnings have either a P value or a C value for the single_check_user value in pay_earnings. The first part of the mode that creates the row in pay_oth_earns works fine with the mod runs. The row gets inserted and the value for vacation is being put into oth_pay in the pay_oth_earns table. When the pay calc is run, for any staff that have a C row, it zeros out the values for the vacation entry.

We know that for any staff that have more than one pay check and when we have the single check flag checked all existing pay line rows gets changed to a value of P and a new row gets created with the value of C and that is what creates the single pay check.
