Transcript Type Not Available in Drop Down on Request Transcript Page (Doc ID 2538889.1)

On Campus Solutions 9.2 version, Transcripts

The Transcript Type field drop down box on the Request Transcript Report pages shows either no valid values or only Transcript Types created on an earlier effective date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Request Transcript Report.
  2. Click on the Transcript Type drop down.
  3. No values appear or only those transcripts with an earlier effective date appear, depending on the available transcripts per the security set up.
