Fluid Benefit Enrollment Displays The Excess Credit Options Even When Credits Are Not Used and 'Show Credits on Enrollment Form' Is Unchecked On The Benefit Program Table. (Doc ID 2539476.1)

For Fluid Benefits Enrollment, with the 'Show Credits on Enrollment Form' check box unchecked on the Benefit Program Table, the option to select how to apply Excess Credits continues to show. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 'Show Credits on Enrollment Form' check box is not selected on the current Benefit Program Navigation: Setup HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Program Structure > Program Table
2. Log in as employee and select an open even on Employee Self Service > Benefits Detail > Benefits Enrollments
3. The option to choose where Excess Credits is applied is displayed incorrectly
