ESOCIAL: MAPP-36 Error Running S-2299 Event.

Symptoms
While submitting the S-2299 event, the following error message appears:
"O Calendário de Rescisão está aberto ainda, por favor, finalize antes de processar o evento !" (The Termination Calendar is still open, please, finalize it before processing the event).
Analyzing the employee, the Termination Calendar is calculated and finalized , but the payroll calendar that will be paid on the fifth day is opened yet.
S-2299 event needs to sent 10 days after the termination because there is not previous notification.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate and finalize March/2019 payroll.
2. Terminate the employee on April 27th 2019 using the off-cycle process and finalize the calendar group.
3. Calculate Payroll for April 2019, but do not finalize the calendar group.
