E-Portal: Back Button Un-responsive After SignOut, Answer Yes to Save Warning And Save (Doc ID 2539585.1)

Symptoms

Back button becomes unresponsive after answering Yes to "Go Back and Save" in signout dialog.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to "My Preferences"
  2. Change any option, e.g. Enhanced Cursor
  3. Click "Sign Out", save warning dialog box is popped up
  4. Click "Yes" button on the save warning dialog box.
  5. Click Back Button which will be unresponsive. At this time, the user still stays on the My Preference page.
