Search Exception: ACL metadata not available (262,2018) Error When Searching For a Solution In A CRM Case (Doc ID 2539666.1)

Symptoms

On :  9.2 version, Secure Enterprise Search (SES)/Search Framework (PTSF)

When attempting to search for solutions on a CR support case the following error occurs.

Search Exception: ACL metadata not available (262,2018)



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Support > Search Cases...open a case.
2. Go to the solutions tab and search for any word. Error occurs.
