E-PIA: Getting "Site Name Is Not Valid. Check Your Url Syntax And Try Again" Error when Site Name Contain 'Underscore' in PT 8.57.04 (Doc ID 2539717.1)

On : 8.57 version, PIA Core Technology

Getting " Site name is not valid. Check your url syntax and try again." while logout from 'Change My Password' or 'ES Search' page. No issue on logout from other pages like 'Process Monitor'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application using below URL. http://xxxxxxx.xyz.com:xxxx/E920G7TU_NOSSO/signon.html
2. When logout from other pages, get the below URL. - http://xxxxxxx.xyz.oracle.com:xxxx/psp/E920G7TU_NOSSO/EMPLOYEE/ERP/?cmd=logout.
3. But when log out from 'Change My Password Page', we get the below URL and the error. - http://xxxxxxx.xyz.oracle.com:xxxx/psp/E920G7TU/EMPLOYEE/ERP/?cmd=logout
Error: Site name is not valid. Check your url syntax and try again.
