Open Enrollment Tile Content on Employee Self Service Page Does Not Reflect the Correct Status (Doc ID 2539842.1)

Symptoms

When the Open Enrollment tile on Employee Self Service is accessed by an employee who has an open Open Enrollment Event, it displays the message:
       Open Enrollment Template is not available.
       Please contact your Benefits Administrator.

STEPS

1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Open Enrollment tile.
