E-Portal: Link in Navigation Collection is not Displaying (Doc ID 2539902.1)

Symptoms

A new link added to a Navigation Collection is not being displayed when accessing the Navigation Collection.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools-> Portal-> Portal Utilities-> Navigation Collections
2. Edit Navigation Collection
3. Add new link
4. Save the Navigation Collection
5. Navigate to the Navigation Collection through a tile
6. The link that was added is missing
