Symptoms

After upgrading from Tools 8.53.10 to Tools 8.57.07, a user is trying to enter a new FMLA Leave and gets a SQL error below:


peopletools\src\pssys\wamupd.cppSQL error. Stmt #: 401  Error Position: 0  Return: 8602 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]Invalid character value for cast specification (SQLSTATE 22018) 0
Failed SQL stmt: SELECT PTPN_PRIORITY, PTPN_ENABLE, MESSAGE_NBR, MESSAGE_NBR01, MESSAGE_NBR02, MESSAGE_NBR03 FROM PS_PTPN_TBE_CFG_2 WHERE PTPN_BUSPROCNAME = :1 and PTPN_ACTIVITYNAME = :2 and PTPN_EVENTNAME1 = :3 and PTPN_WORKLISTNAME = :4
