Symptoms

In a DB2 environment, when the user attempts to open the Template page on the eBenefits Life Event menu, it fails with the following generic error:

ERROR
-----------------------
An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing.
A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > eBenefits > Life Event > Template.
