Symptoms

Applicable to :  Visual COBOL compiler on windows platform

Sample Environment:
------------------
PeopleTools 8.57.06
Microfocus visual cobol 4.0 patch 4
Windows 2016

Issue:
--------
Installed Visual cobol  4.0 on windows with appropriate licenses.  When trying to compile cobols, the following command is issued:

cblbld c: \temp

The output and error is being returned:
"
Compiling Tools Cobol Programs
ASCII Cobol Compilations Proceeding
Logging progress to file c:\temp\cCBLBLD.LOG

Server. was unexpected at this time.
"
