Symptoms

When changing Buyer in PO,cannot save the page and getting the following error messages.


ERROR

Second message (10200, 156)

3rd message (15, 26) No matching buffer found for level.

Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing (2,213)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the PO # 48110 in add/update PO page.
    PO status is dispatched
    Budget status is valid


2. Changing Buyer in PO. Following messages are populated. We couldn’t make the changes in PO and save.

3. First message (10200, 290)

4. Second message (10200, 156)

5. 3rd message (15, 26) No matching buffer found for level.

6. Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing (2,213)
