Issue:

Entry Type dropdown field on Pending Item page displaying Inactive items.
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Navigate to : Accounts Receivable > Pending Items > Online Items > Group Entry.
2. Add a new value
3. Navigate to the Pending Item 1 page.
4. Click on the Entry type.
5. View that the inactive entry types are also present

Expected Behavior:

Entry Type dropdown field on Pending Item page should not display Inactive items.
