GSS Transaction: Location Field Isn't Usable in Update Job Information for Group (Doc ID 2541789.1)

Symptoms

It was reported that the location field isn't visible (the word Location does show) when doing a Guided Self Service Update Job Details for Group.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the Actions for Transaction HR_GROUP_UPDATE to Position Change and click save. (From Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Transaction Configuration)
2. Go to the Manager Self Service Page and click the Update Team Information tile
3. Then select Update Job Information for Group
4. Select Employee XXXXXX and click Continue
5. Click Next
6. Note that the Location Field is missing
